In order to stop this message from popping up every time Chrome opens edit the following file:

"%UserProfile%\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\User Data\Default\Preferences"

search for this line

"exit_type": "Crashed"

Change the line so it reads:

"exit_type": "normal"

Safe the file.  Close Chrome and re-open it.  The problem should be gone.
