150cc TAO TAO ATV Battery

These 150cc Tao Tao Chinese ATVs are popular with parents on a budget! We have discovered that Tao Tao 150cc ATV parts have a few variations and take different batteries. We are fairly certain the ATA-150B, D and G models take the YTX9 size battery as noted in the below category. However, we have had customers call and indicate they have a different battery in their 150cc machine and are unsure if their model is the ATA-150. In those cases they have all indicated they had a foreign battery with a 12N9C number written on it. This part number is not a traditional part number and is not manufactured by the mainline battery companies. The closest conventional Tao Tao ATV battery in size seems to be the 12N9-4B-1 which translates to the MB9U for those that want a long lasting sealed AGM battery.
