To connect to WebDAV please use the following:

Server:  https://dav.box.com/dav

Login: Your Box login email address and password.  

WebDAV Troubleshooting:

• Cannot download more than 50 MB
• Error 0x800700DF: The file size exceeds the limit allowed and cannot be saved
• Cannot upload large Files when the upload takes longer than 30 minutes using Web Client in Windows 7.

Note: CalDAV is not supported.

For bulk on-boarding to your Box account, Box provides access through FTP for our Business and Enterprise level accounts. 

To connect to FTP you'll need an FTP client of your choosing and the following:

Server: ftp.box.com

Login: your Box login email address and password

Port: 21 or 990 (for secure connection) 

WebDAV and FTP do not currently support SSO login credentials. To use these functions you will need to create a Box specific password to supplement your SSO login. You can do so by visiting:
