If you get the following message in CentreWare:
[COMException (0x8000401a): The server process could not be started because the configured identity is incorrec
Do the following steps:
Run dcomcnfg.exe
Open Console Root -> Component Services -> Computers -> My Computer -> Com+ Applications
Right click on the Xerox CentreWare Web Components Icon and left click Properties
Click on the Identity tab
Make sure the user account and password match the CWW Run As Account in the local users of the server.
That should clear up the error.
